No installation or purchase cost!- The installer's engineer designs a system for the house that meets the annual power consumption needs and is suitable for the physical structure. The deposit is paid after the homeowner signs off on the design.- Power is interchanged with the grid, so initially there are no storage devices. (KISS principle.)- The homeowner pays for the power generated. The rate is fixed for the 25-year lease (there are shorter options) at the utility's current rate. No price increases for 25 years!- The system is continuously monitored. Repairs are done promptly because there is no power being generated.- The configuration can be changed if the power usage changes (change in family size, etc.). If there is a change noticed in monitoring, that will be brought to the HO's attention so an adjustment can be made.- By putting power into the grid during the day, ie, the peak usage period, the need for new power plants is obviated. Everyone can participate and make a difference for minimal cost.- No tax credits or pollution credits are needed to motivate the HO! Private enterprise does all the work.I'm looking for customers and dealers (an adjunct to your current business with a 25-year income).
