Emergency Repair Services

We have a dedicated team of certified engineers on hand who have been repairing heat pumps and biomass boilers for over a decade. We operate from our offices in Guildford, Swindon and Harrogate, which means that we can quickly diagnose and fix problems across England and Wales. Our extensive heat pump and biomass boiler repair experience means that we have dealt with a wide range of emergency problems. Therefore we are usually in a position to offer assistance in a timely and effective manner.

See our pages on biomass breakdown repairs and heat pump breakdown repairs for more information.

If your biomass boiler or heat pump has broken down and you require emergency breakdown assistance please call us on our emergency line 01483 603 090.
Servicing and Maintenance Contracts

There are two main benefits to servicing your heat pump. The first is to keep the system running as efficiently as possible, thereby minimising the electricity cost of the system. The second benefit is that keeping the system well maintained allows potential problems to be spotted and fixed at an early stage, reducing the likelihood of breakdown and failure.

We offer a range of different servicing and maintenance contracts to suit each individual energy system. We will conduct an initial system review to determine the level of service required and then provide annual service visits to ensure the system is maintained to a high standard. Additionally, our maintenance contract includes reduced call out rates in the case of an emergency or scheduled remedial work, as well as priority service over other sites without maintenance agreements in times of high demand.

See our pages on heat pump servicing and maintenance or biomass boiler servicing and maintenance for more information or to get in contact with us.
Consultancy

We offer consultancy services for both heat pumps and biomass boilers. As we do not conduct installations ourselves we can offer impartial and independent advice, whilst ensuring that we have the knowledge and expertise to help you make the right renewable energy decisions. We would always recommend you ensure that your system installer is MCS certified.

See the relevant pages for heat pump help and consultancy and biomass boiler help and consultancy for more information about the services we offer.
