As the name implies, Carolina EcoSmart provides smart, eco-friendly products to our customers. As with most of our competitors in the Charlotte area, we are tasked with the decision to choose products, in each category, to offer our customers. In most cases, we have to make choices from thousands of competing products.

How do we make those decisions? There are obviously many ways to do that and most of our competitors might use words such as “finding the best product at the best price.” That is certainly a worthy guiding principle, but we add what we believe to be the most important overall component to making the right decision for our customers. You see we are homeowners in the Charlotte area as well, and we’ve chosen only the products that we’d feel good putting on our own homes.
