Sun Well Solar was founded in July 2007 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of CMC Magnetics Corporation. In earlly 2008, Sun Well Solar installed the first fully automated 50 MW/year thin film solar module line in the Hwa Ya Technology Park in Taoyuan, Taiwan. The turnkey production facility is capable of producing approximately 500,000 amouphous silicon ( A-Si) thin film solar modules annually. Over two years, Sun Well products have been sold in Europe, Africa and Asia in Solar Park project, roof top projects and also green house project. A 3.4MW Solar Park is also commerciallized in Zahna,Germany in February, 2009.
