I am a Realtor who has earned the EcoBroker designation. I serve as a member of the Education Committee of the Green Home Builders of the Triangle. I have sold multiple Energy Star and some Green homes and have attended seminars by Duke Energy and the Solar Center at NCSU regarding Energy Star and other Green programs/designations.

Theresa Joan Rosenberg, Architect and Attorney, became an accredited professional (AP) by the Green Building Certification Institute. Professionals achieve this recognition by demonstrating knowledge and understanding of “green” building principles and practice. This is vital to support the use of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) green building rating system.

LEED is the nationally accepted, pre-eminent benchmark for the design, construction and operation of green buildings. As a LEED AP, Rosenberg will be able to assist clients through the LEED certification process, from startup to final verification of a project’s green measures, as well as helping clients navigate the evolving green building regulatory requirements.
